Each individual is permitted to holdone (1) active account on thewen1win platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password.
• All activity conducted through their account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by the account holder.
• Notifying wen1win immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of their account.
• Ensuring that their registered contact email and phone number remain accurate and accessible for account recovery and communication purposes.

wen1win will not be liable for any losses arising from a User's failure to adequately secure their account credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.

wen1win supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, online banking viaMaybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency options including USDT and BTC.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: RM50 per transaction, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wen1win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or promotional offers.

wen1win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder's identity cannot be satisfactorily verified through the KYC process.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected in connection with the account.
• The account is subject to a chargeback or payment dispute by the account holder or their payment provider.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting wen1win support. Upon legitimate account closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the account holder's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
